Adriatic Slovenica traditionally organizes golf tournaments in Lipica for its business partners. The main purpose of those sports event is an informal socializing in a relaxed atmosphere, which generates friendship and of course lots of fun. This year, we joined Adriatic Slovenica in carrying out the monitoring program, in the preparation of identifiable golf markers and in the production of golf gifts. It was a windy Saturday morning when the tournament begun. After the registration process, when we distributed golf gifts among all participants, players moved to the green. The whole tournament was documented by two photographers. The first took pictures at Hole 1 in front of the so called press wall, branded with Adriatic Slovenica logo. The second documented in the tournament at all the other holes. When the tournament finished, the players gathered in the golf club dining room, which we masterly transformed in a central stage using decorative and audio-visual elements. There were pictures in nice passepartouts of all golf players taken in front of the press wall waiting for owners to be taken. We printed them directly on the spot. While the guests were waiting for the program to begin, they were entertained by pictures on plasma screen taken on the green throughout the day. The central point of the program was a performance of an impro player, which was followed by awards distribution to best players of Adriatic Slovenica golf tournament. The evening concluded by networking accompanied by good food and drink.
