In the Museum of Architecture and Design we have solemnly opened the 22nd Biennal of Industrial design (BIO). Based on the concept we've prepared together with VBG design studio, we have used scenery items, ambiental lights and program that was in line with the corporate design of this year's exhibition.
The evening was completed with speakers such as Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology, Gregor Golobič and Minister of Culture, Majda Širca. More than 500 designs from 34 countries competed in this year's biennal, and only 20 of them got special recognition and an award at the opening of BIO 22. The exhibition of all award winning designs is until further on sight at the Museum of Architecture and Design. As strong supporters of creativity on all fields, we approached the project as one of the sponsors of the evening, and together with the crowed we've bowed to the star of the event, designer Philippe Starck.
