The organization of the creative adrenaline sports event Flugtag

Planning the set up and obtaining the licenses for the organization of this adrenaline-creative event took several months. The biggest organizational standard was to guarantee safety. The biggest challenge was coordinating the activities on the water, including the presentation of the contestants, with the activities on land where flights were watched by more than 30,000 visitors. The bravest and most creative flyers took off in their flying machines from a 30 meter long and 6 meter high runway. The longest measured flight was just a little over 22 meters.

With the Orto Dance audition, we were looking for the best five dancers, who then performed in the client’s advertisement for a brand for young people. The main audition “scene” was a container. The competitors could perform their dance in it, hidden from the eyes of viewers. The viewers and supporters could see the performances on external plasma screens. The container was moved across Slovenia and in each city we looked for the place most visited by young people.

At the main square in Maribor, we organized one of the most reputed exhibition tours in freestyle motocross, Red Bull X-Fighters. In the production, we followed the highest standards of safety, since more than 15,000 people attended this free-entrance event and the most daring jumps were more than 20 meters long or high.
